King Cajun Crawfish first opened it’s humble doors in 2010 when Mills50 was still a quiet street. Fast forward over a decade later, we are now known as Orlando’s best + favorite seafood restaurant.

Our founder/chef Melinda Thu Ha Nguyen relocated from Bogalusa, Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and made Orlando her next home- where she established our company and won the hearts of Orlando with her warm hospitality and famous ShaBang sauce!
